Unlike many companies who start charging the hour(s) from the time they leave the warehouse / depot until the estimated time of return, Elephant Removals hourly charges commence from the time loading starts and ends when unloading finishes. Further advantage is, if after the agreed minimum booking hour(s), additional time commencing over 5 minutes, would be charged per half hour with no hidden extras, not a full hour charge as many companies do.
